Meet Rep Team 2022 Senior: Maya
/I need to have Maya be my hype girl 24/7. She is so outgoing, positive and is always cheering people on. She is one of those people who you always want to be around because you always feel better about yourself when you leave. Maya is hardworking, determined, she stands up for what is right, she is politically correct, very mature, knows all about current events and my very favorite -she has great manners.
Maya has lots of interests. She love thrifting, baking, cooking, playing video games, watching sports and she LOVES listening to music. Music is always on when Maya is doing anything. She finds the positive in any situation. She makes friends in any new situation she is in and is not afraid of starting up a conversation in front of a crowd. She has a passion for law and politics and wants to become a Defense Lawyer to help women in domestic abuse cases and also help innocent people get off death row. Maya said “I want to fight for people who need their voices heard and really get justice for all” Maya is incredible.

Let me introduce Maya Valverde, senior from Sunset High School graduating in 2022:
Maya is active in Student Government at school and is on the Sports and Activities committee. She loves making difficult times more fun and tries to make them a positive experience. Maya loves going on spontaneous adventures, hiking, exploring downtown, and watching the sunsets. She normally has a trendy and relaxed style but wouldn’t mind branching out and wearing something bold and unique. And if you know Maya you know that she has the best shoe game around. I’m always jealous of her shoes!
Maya impresses me every time I’m around her. She is mature, kind and so much fun and will use those qualities to do so much good.
