Parents die. Children grow up and leave home. It is a horrible, depressing and possibly harsh thing to start this post off with, but so often we are self-conscious of our looks or our body and don't want to be in the image. Not sure if I have mentioned it before or not, but I LOVE redheads. My oldest is my one and only redhead and we were both surprised and delighted to discover we had red hair in the family tree. Now, almost 20 years later, I still get fan girl style happy anytime I see redheads.
